Your diploma is the formal proof of your achievement. Congratulations with this important milestone! Depending on your graduation date, there are several options to collect your diploma.
In The Netherlands, diploma's are printed at a centralized facility. After we have processed your last grade, it takes at least four weeks before we receive the diploma. Once we receive it, we notify you by mail.

| If your formal graduation date is 31 August 2021 or earlier: | You are welcome at the November 2021 graduation ceremony. Note: you can pick up your diploma earlier. You and your guests are always welcome at the ceremony. | If your formal graduation date is 30 September 2021: | You are welcome to attend the graduation ceremony. However, your diploma will not be ready in time, due to the diploma ordering and printing process. At the ceremony, you receive an empty diploma folder. 1. Receive your diploma at the graduation ceremony
The nicest way to receive your diploma is to come to the ceremony with your family and friends. We will send an invitation to your UM email account about four weeks before the ceremony. See Graduation Ceremony >>
2. Collect your diploma at the FPN service desk
You can collect your diploma at the FPN Service Desk on working days between 10.30 and 14.00 h. Please bring a valid ID or passport.3. Receive your diploma by mail (courier service)
We offer the option to receive the diploma by post (courier) at no additional charge. Once you received the e-mail confirmation that your diploma is ready, you can request this option.
