Collecting your diploma

Your diploma is the formal proof of your achievement. Congratulations with this important milestone! Depending on your graduation date, there are several options to collect your diploma.

In The Netherlands, diploma's are printed at a centralized facility.  After we have processed your last grade, it takes at least four weeks before we receive the diploma. Once we receive it, we notify you by mail.

2019-2020 Diploma options

The formal graduation date determines your options.

This is the last day of the month in which you handed in the last work and in which all requirements regarding results, registration and payment are met. This can be retroactively.  Graduation procedure >>

If your formal graduation date is

You are welcome at the May 2021 graduation ceremony.

Note: you can pick up your diploma earlier. You and your guests are always welcome at the ceremony.
